What kind of knot do i use to line a spinning fishing reel??

I use different knots for different things. One of these should do it.

I always used a slip knot to just get the line attached to the reel. Snug it up to the spool and then keep tension on your line as you wind it onto the reel.

make a simple slip knot and then tie a regular knot do it wont slip and then cut off the access line
