Try the ocean. I cannot think of any fishing spots in L.A. County. Unless they are in the very eastern part of the county up in the hills. Haha though an off duty L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy was being a show off and was fishing in the L.A River during a flood. He actually caught a fish!
