How should i fish a senko worm for bass fishing?

I'm going to tell you the method that has worked for me better then any other presentation. In the weeds, grass, and shallows. I cast it let it sit just for a second or two. Then I reel it in with very light twitches of the rod tip. This imparts a very life like action to the lure giving a fish the impression of something swimming away. As I get to a pocket in the grass, I will let it fall to the bottom and just sit for awhile. At times the fish will hit it as it is sitting there.The secret to hot action is to never fish it too fast. If I am fishing in more deeper water, I will cast to a target "tree" or anything standing in the water and hold the rod tip high and let the lure free fall to the bottom. The lure will "wobble" on the way down provoking strikes at times.. I have found it is best to let the fish run or take the lure for several seconds before setting the hooks. I seem to have a greater success with landing the fish this way, You try this method until you master it and the senko type worms will become your favorite bait.

All of the above. I would start fishing it without a weight, weedless as you would in a texas rig. Since Senko's are soft and break easily, once it gets a little too worn, flip it around and fish it backwards. Then when that side get's too roughed up, fish it wacky. You will catch fish on all three presentations. I think the pick up and drop approach works best on all presentations, but you can also flick your rod and fish it more like a jerk bait, or really anywhere in between.

I would rig it wacky. This means all you do is pass a hook through the middle, and cast it to the edge of the weeds. Then you should reel in the excess line and jerk the bait three times, slowly reel in the slack and repeat you should have a bass in no time!!

I usually just texas rig the worm, without the weight, and just pull it slowly through the weeds. The bass like to hit when it drops so you are going to swim it almost like you would a jig
