Any reputed universities offering online courses with credit towards a master's degree?

Any reputed universities offering a bottom-up approach to choosing individual courses that can be finally applied to a master's degree..For example, I'd prefer to learn computer courses that are relevant to me for my work, and be able to apply the courses towards a masters degree in the end...... It looks like Berkeley offers some credits like that , but there is not much clarity on their website .....http://extension.berkeley.edu/info/grades.html#creditcourses
