What float fishing rod to buy?

I want to buy a telescopic fishing rod for river fishing using a float ! can anyone recommend one?

    I would never recommend a telescopic rod to anyone. They are rife with problems. They stick (open or closed) they have terrible action and are not made for quality fishing. Sorry that is not the answer you want I am certain but I thought I would advise against making a mistake. A nice 3 piece is compact and there are thousands of quality rods at a decent price out there.

why on earth would you want to buy a telescopic rod, you'd be far better off with a 3-piece 13ft rod. l suspect you dont have a lot of cash to play with,it is possible to pick up a decent rod without going to great expense checkout the link below and see for yourself http://www.dragoncarpdirect.com

you can get quality telescopic rods its just finding them that's the problem i currently using a 2 piece 12ft carp rod which i highly recommend the best way to find the telescopic rods are to try and search for tackle shops on the Internet www.fishingrepublic.co.uk www.dragoncarp.co.uk hope these help you out
