the best catfish bait that ive found, really it shud get you a lot of strikes....its a secret...but ill tell u..at night you shud fish becuz thats when the catfishies are active the most...use chicken liver! it works like a charm...put it in some spider netting to make it more durable and it shud be amazing for big cats trust me just try it.

You can never go wrong by using worms/night crawlers for any type or size of catfish.

Lake Wilson catfish will eat anything; however, my favorite and most productive bait is chicken liver--frozen, that stays on the hook longer and sure to catch catfish before the bait thaws and falls apart.

that is open to debait 'get it DE-BAIT' LOL there are as many choices as there are fishermen. anything from live shad to kfc chicken wings, i use liver but the big problem there is its so soft and usually falls off the hook before it even gets to the bottom of the lake. so what i do is i freeze the pieces of liver with the hooks already in them, that way it stays on the hook when you cast and kitty-fish go nuts for chicken liver. hope this helps.
