Apart from Wrestling Skills, what else is the most important Factor for a Wrestler and why?

Charisma - If you don't have charisma then you don't have a career in the wwe. I mean if you go out there with a kick @ss gimmik that seems cool but you 'the person with the gimmik' doesen't pull it off well or doesen't put it over the way it should be with the crowd then it's a waste of a gimmik and a waste of time. Personally I DO think wrestling talent is important BUT I don't think wwe see it that way which is why credit is due to guys like Cena, Batista etc etc I mean, Their not top of my list of favorates BUT they must have something about them because people buy their merchandise and pay to see them and their matches so if they went out there and didn't get that pop they usually get then they got no wrestling talent really so I think it's all about the charisma.

In the John Cena My Life DVD they said that the only thing that they cannot teach you in a wrestling school is charisma. you either have it or you dont. so I think thats what a wrestler needs to get by

i'm going to say something different from the normal type of answer. my response is character. who you are when you off camera speaks volumes. austin is one of the most charismatic stars ever, but he beat debra. so, what i'm saying, character is the most important thing.

the entertainment value. can they play the guy & the bad guy can they hold fans attention a good gimmick....not something stupid like Kahli

Gimmick. The Brian Kenderick. When Paul London was injured Brian Kendrick was a jobber. Recently he defeated Jeff Hardy and competed for the WWE title

The gimmick. I can't imagine a gimmick like festus being champ, but hardys yeah great gimmick. also the mic skills. you need promos and hype.

The gimmick is big, because if you have a crappy gimmick that's not getting over with the fan's then pretty much you'll get booed or have no crowd reaction. Charisma is a key element because either you have it or you don't you can't be embarrassed when you talk in front of millions every night and you have to put a little spark in your speeches or interviews. Storylines there in is also important because people tend to get bored fast if a storyline is something they seen before of it's just plain boring. another thing you didn't mention is acting wrestlers do have to take acting classes, to make it believable on tv when doing a different gimmick. Those are all important in my eyes. Good question
