Why can't I have "MY YAHOO" as my permanent home page?

Why cant you make "My Yahoo" my real home page?

    I think it is because you have to be logged in. When you get off the computer and shut it down it logs you out. You can have My Yahoo as your home page, but it is not your My Yahoo until you log in.

you can,simply click tools in your explorer bar,or the tabs on the top of your internet screen,then at the bottom of the list is should say,internet options,click that. It will have you homepage URL,beckspace it and put in your My Yahoo url,like the www.my yahoo,or whatever the link is,then click aply and OK. Next time you turn on your computer you homepage will be your My Yahoo if that doesnt work it is because,in order to get onto your my yahoo page,it is because you must sign into you yahoo first.
