I cant get yahoo as my home page?

What is your homepage? Sometimes, programs may attach themselves to your computer to make you have a new homepage and prevent you from changing it to something else. That happened to me before. I solved the problem by running a spyware or adware removing tool like ad-aware or spybot, or maybe even norton or mcaffee. Try that.

In your browser, go to 'tools', 'internet options'. This will open up a box with several tabs. It should open with the 'general tab', if not click the 'general' tab. In the topmost box it says 'home page'. Type in http://www.yahoo.com or http://www.my.yahoo.com. Click the 'ok' bar at the bottom. That's it. You're done.
