How do I set my homepage on my computer?

How can I set up Yahoo homepage to open automatically each time I start my computer?

  • Please be specific in your steps of how this is done because I'm not that good with computers. Thanks!

  • Answer:

Well, actually I don't think you can't. All you can do, however, you can set it to go there each time you open the Internet. Go to Control Panel, Network and Internet Settings, and type in the address in the text block in front of you.

at the top of the explorer browser there are a list of commands...file, edit, view...ect. Go into the "Tool" command and scroll down to the very last option..."Internet". Click that and you will get an options screen in grey...the first thing it has on the top is used to set your homepage. Either type in the website or if you are on Yahoo already just click "use current web page". Then go down to the bottom and click "apply" and it's done. After that when ever you want to return to your main page just click the little house on your tool bar at the top...and every time you open explorer it will open Yahoo.
