Why won't Yahoo sign me in?

Why cant I sign into yahoo tonight? it usually goes right on. but tonight it wont , I cant sign in?

    I have been unable to log on to email for three hours or longer. Have no clue but find it very frustrating. The only thing positive is that I know from this board that it's a world-wide Yahoo! problem.

I HAVE HAD YAHOO MESS 8.0 AWHILE NOW,HAD NO PROBS LOGGING ON UNTIL TONIGHT,I REBOOTED,AND YAHOO CAME UP TO LOG ON AS ALWAYS,THEN A SCREEN CAME UP SAYING CANT LOG ME IN,TO CHECK MY CONNECTION SETTINGS,I HAVENT CHANGED A THING AT ALL,ITS ALWAYS SET AT NO PROXIES,I HAVE UNINSTALLED IT 4 TIMES AND ITS STILL SAYING THE SAME THING,CAN U HELP ME WITH THIS PLSSSSSSSSSSS THANKS
