What do you think of Philadelphia Union?

    Born and living in Philadelphia; also having played soccer my whole life in the area, I'm excited about the team. I know some people think the name is a tad bit boring, but I think it's fitting (at least its better then the 'Red Bulls'), and I think the crest/logo with the snake is nice.

Love it, I like the symbolism behind the name and i love the way they presented it. I just got back from the unveiling and Thought it was a great event. I like the name Union it brings you back to the roots of AMerica. and i like the crest the the starts and the snake its nice. The snake is a lil repitituios of the USA national team. But they gave good explinations. so i like it.

the name is good. the crest is ok but im sure it will change after a few years just like the case with some other mls clubs philly is a great sports town. without a doubt i know they will support their team to the fullest. i hope they can establish an identity and get their team off to a good start. cant wait to see their kit

I think it's alright. "Preserve the Union". I was hoping for Independence since that's where the Declaration of Independence as signed.
