Not knowing what your strengths are, I'll give you the high points: 1) Speed - 50 yard dashes. Time yourself. Run and fast as you can in one direction, jog back to the other end, and repeat. Keep track of your time on your sprints, work on improving your time (20 minute sessions) 2) Touch - with cones, set up a tight obstacle course, any shape and move the ball. Each time through the course set your limits, right foot only, left only, inside only, outside only, top of the ball, pull back only (reverse) - your goal is to eventually maneuver with the ball close to your foot and fast. (20 minute session) 3) Juggling - starting with feet, work toward a goal, possibly 100 juggles. Then use other parts of your body to reach the goal as well. Then just try reaching the goal without the use of feet. (20 minutes session) There is your basic 60 minute session that you can do on your own without a coach or trainer.

do wind sprints....job...get some flexibility....do general exercising...pushups,crunches,ect.....an... i would also start practicing kicks.......yea like the ones found in martial arts or kickboxing. Practicing kicks can really translate into soccer skills. Also work on your footwork....maybe create some fun drills to test your footwork...something similar to hop-scotch. On the days you practice on your own...just train for 45 min to an hour. Thats not too much time to sacrifice a day...good luck

off season focus on flexibility, plyometrics, and strength. You should get a session with a personal trainer in your area, even if it's just one time he/she can give you a great off season program to follow!

leg presses with weights, and running and squats

Well, if you can't juggle (like with your feet) I'd suggest teaching yourself. Most soccer players can do it, but I couldn't, so the summer that I was 12, I practiced nonstop, I'm still not very good, but I definitely started playing soccer better! I began using my body more to get the ball, and had much better control. But, I don't know, most people seem to already do this, but if you haven't, then I suggest you learn. By the way, it takes forever before you even get decent, you just need to keep practicing! =]

Well umm limited time isnt the best ! but if i were in your case i would probably just set up a little course in the back yard or if your yard isnt big enough just go to the local park .... I really have to take some of my own advise lol.... Have fun xoxo and good luck :-)

hmm... do leg presses if you have acess to a gym, if not, just jog or run for a while everyday, and practice your single man drills (I.E. dribbling, passing off a wall and recovering, and of course shooting, but you can also ask your soccer coach

Run. a lot. besides thata, try and dribble the ball without looking at it. all i can say is practice, practice practice. the more time you put into it, the better you'll get. you need to find or create time for soccer if you really care about it.
