As a college student, I can get a Work Holiday Pass, but I need to find a job still. It seems like all jobs are PR only.... Thanks

No such thing as summer job for foreigners here. All jobs are for locals unless given a work permit.

You can try part time work at the supermarkets, McDonalds ,etc and you can only work 35 hours per week at about $6 per hour.
