You have limited options, Cablemas is what I use. The problem more often tho is with the power company. You may often lose power, thus will lose your internet connection. If you are from the U.S. you might want to get a Vonage phone number with a U.S. prefix to install on your computer then you can call most countries for free. Get your router before you go to Mexico.
