    the rules are the same for goal tenders.. i play college soccer im not a keeper but they're the same.. i believe its 6 seconds but its not a big deal honestly to build a stronger kick for drop kicks esp. hit the gym do squats and lunges, leg press, calf raises jus do it all... and for ur friend it's probably the approach and the angle shes hitting the ball.. make sure shes bending over the ball when kicking.. if she needs to have someone video tape her kicking the ball a few times.. have her watch the approach and the way shes striking the ball.. get it from a few angles as well
