How and where can I train in soccer?

How do i train so i can join the soccer team in my new high school next year?

start by running, cardiovascular endurance is very important especially in a sport like soccer. Maybe try a mile a day then gradually work your way up, may 3-4 miles 3 or 4 times a week! Between cardio work on strength excersizes, mainly lowerbody and core but upperbody too. Do intervals of squats then pushups and cruches or something along those lines. eat well too, its good to have the right type of fuel to provide you with the energy you need to keep excersizing! obviously whenever you have free time you want to work on ball skills as well, kick the ball around with a friend or maybe set up some cones in your yard and do some dribbling skill and dodges and what not. Also, i'd look for some weekend clinics that can help refresh your basic knowlege of the game and the skills you need to play! hope this helped! :) good luck!
