    Practice juggling with only your feet for at least 10 minutes a day. This will help you gain ball control. Also, so will things like toe taps and inside- outsides through cones. Another thing is I would work on your mile time. I run a 6:20 and I feel like there is still room for improvement . When Im on the soccer field it is really an advantage to be able to run fast because it is a lot easier to get around people. Besides that, it seems like you know what you're doing. To the guy who said anyone can play soccer and kick a ball around, well obviously you have never played soccer or understand it, maybe you should be the one taking an IQ test. Anyways, just start practicing some soccer drills which you can look up online, do juggling(soccer juggling) and go for runs.

If by soccer you mean that sport where you chase a ball around and kick it, then I would suggest taking an IQ test instead, because literally anybody can play soccer. It doesn't matter how athletic you are.
