    First of all, if you are talking about soccer, they are called cleats. The best I can tell you is to get a little smaller than your normal shoe size. That way, it grips your foot and you can kick it better. I, personally, wear Puma, the cheap kind. It is very durable and have worn it for five years. It only has small scuffs and grass stains on it. It may cost a bit more, but it will last a long time. (For future reference,put on a price range, not just 'pay to much'. It differs for everyone) Hope this helps!
