To simply say - Determination and learn to ignore people who say - "You are working on a startup? Didn't you get into a good Engineering college or a good job? Edit: As per the comments the OP wants to get into the technical aspects of starting a company. Well I have found this resource very useful in the past . Try this, it contains good info step by step http://smallb.in/%20/policies-regulations/guidelines-procedures-starting-new-business-india My personal advice to you will be that for a limited period  make your services absolutely free of cost. Believe me once you gain popularity there will be no problems introducing a small amount but starting directly with price on your services is not a good idea.

First of all, know this: the e-commerce space is cramped already with the big players having deep pockets going for predatory pricing to eliminate out competition. Moreover, logistics is a big issue which the companies are yet to figure out. But if you're looking to start a niche product or cater to only a certain area, it is better to progress using the lean methodology for testing your hypotheses about the business; to check whether you actually have a market or not. I suggest you read the book "Running Lean" by Ash Maurya. If you need further assistance, drop me a mail at . We help budding entrepreneurs launch their businesses.

Starting your own company ill be the best decision you ever took. But before you start, you need to keep in mind the following things: Own your name. Make sure the company name you choose is one with an available trademark and Internet domain name. Get in with the law. Understand what regulations, licenses and taxes you will need to follow, obtain and pay for your new business. After doing some initial research on your own, consult with a lawyer and accountant to confirm your understanding and to help structure your business to be in compliance with the law How much do you need to live? When working on your business plan, do not forget about the most important facto, that is your living expense. You need to take into account your living costs. Consider taking a part time job to help meet monthly expenses. Where are you in your life? Starting a new business takes brains, bravery, and what will seem to be endless hours of hard work. When you own your own company, there is always something that has to get done. Don’t over — or under — spend. Starting a business can be incredibly financially taxing. You need to learn where and when to spend. It’s important not to waste t precious seed money but it’s equally important to spend where necessary.

Well, before few days i just recieved a call from a friend's friend who wanted to start up a company. I am entrepreneur who made all mistakes an entrepreneur should not make. I am just pointing out some basic things: 1. You should have a team: At the least with a team, you can discuss your every ideas, keep your delightful with good company, share your work loads. If possible find people with complementary skill sets and enthusiasm. 2. As soon as you start up, a lot of blood-suckers would come to you and say that "we will give you some margin if you do it for us". They want to exploit you. Just do things for which you have started up your company. FOCUS. 3. Buy things in prior: laptops, smart phone, suit, etc 4. No education loans pending or any other loan. 5. ask your family to support in bad times if occurs. it is quit against indian tradition to ask for money after graduation. But here it is perfectly valid because bad times are inevitable in entrepreneurship. 6. Relationship: if you have a girlfriend or a boyfriend, remember love is more valuable than anything. So, give a strong thought over how you are going to deal with your future with your partner along with entrepreneurship. well, these are some point popped out from my mind this moment.
