I have lived in any 3 places for quite a long while, and I could only say that anywhere in the philippines cannot compare to shanghai or beijng, or any one chinese cities for that matter, and vice versa, like any one state in the usa cannot compare well in any of the chinese cities and vice versa. i say this bec each country has its own dynamic vibe, given the "theme" of each place with relevance to culture and social dynamics.
