I agree with Ele, that's the airport I flew into. I didn't get to Capri, I used to go to Ischia. The ferry's leave from ports in Napoli.

From Naples, go to the Molo Beverello port. Ferries/hydrofoils leave from there for Capri. You can also take the Circumvesuviana train to Sorrento and get the boat from there. I like the faster boats (hydrofoils). You can find the schedules and prices here: http://www.capri.net/en/ship-timetable If you're starting from Rome, take the train to Naples and a cab to Molo Beverello.
