It leaves Rome at 10:36 pm from the Roma Tiburtina station and arrives in Venice the next morning at 5:26 am. The standard fare is 37.50 for a seat, but you can get either a 15% or 30% discount for early purchase of tickets making the price as low as 26 euro. A better option is a berth in a 4 bed cuchette; it's more comfortable and easier to sleep. The base fare is 60.90 euro, but you can buy a ticket for as low as 42.60 euro if you buy it before the discounted fares sell out. You can book tickets directly from the site and pick them up at one of the ticket machines or a ticket window in the station in Rome.
