How does the weather effect employement in italy?

Hi, I am Italian from Italy. Weather doesn't effect emplyement really much, just the school system maybe: schools remain closed for 3 months in summer (June, July and August) because it is too hot to force young people to stay closed in a room to study. But we have far less winter-holidays that those who follow the British school system. For the rest it doesn't effect employement: in offices and indoor jobs we have air conditioner in summer and radiators in winter. Those who have an outdoor job, like builders, must unluckly being able to stand both heit and coldness, because in a year we pass from + 35 °C to - 10°C. Houses in Italy are generally not too big, because we are too people in a too little space. Often Italians live in apartments. All have radiators. Many have air conditioner for summer, but it depends on a person's resistence to heit. Some have chemneys too. And yes, we have all more than a television. The avarage Italian usually has 2-3 televisions at home.

Housing is housing like any other country..........you have the RICH and fabulous villa's......and more luxury than you can shake a stick at, and then you have the slums, and crappy apt's, with frozen pipes in the winter.........and you also have everything in between. Italians are not big on air conditioning......they were raised to believe it will give you your death of cold................and if you need to cool off, just open the window! (Of course, that really doesn't help when it's 100 degrees outside. ) Televsion is pretty comical..........about as sexist as it gets...........every show has show girls, whose main job it is, , is to stand around half naked , showing off their double D implants. Kinda of like if EVERY channel was Baywatch, 24-7- Only country I know, where even the newscasters could be playboy models. (and some of them are) Employment is a joke........like 25% unemplòyment for the youth....and to get a job, basically the system is flat out nepotism. (You gotta know someone, who just gives you the job.) Handing in resume's is a joke. They go right in the circular file. (trash can)
