"Massimo Da Zeglio" in Central Rome, es Malto Bene, bellicimo. (very good, gorgeous). However...value is subjective. If you are not familiar with Italy...I absolutely suggest using a travel agent who is !!! They'll be able to work within your budget. All these links to websites are great background info, but the money you spend on a travel agent will well pay itself off when it comes to seeing as much as possible while there. Remember Italy's Golden Rule.... When in Rome....do as the Romans do. (appear to fit in, you'll get a lot better treatment if you don't look like an obvious tourist.) Camera hanging over your shoulder are a dead give away! Italy has it's fair share of pick pockets, so be advised.
