Anyway there was talking about Totti coming back to National team for Euro 2008, and new frowning up since that would have meant "the rest of team struggle hard for months to qualify, then he'd only play in the official tournament? And who's supposed to stay home in order to let him play...?" That became a matter of academic interest since Totti got injured again and wasn't anyway possible for him to play in Euro 08. There are rumors about Lippi talking to both Totti and Nesta asking them if they'd like to change their idea, though.
