Im looking to go to venice in march need to find a hotel which is nice but affordable?

Venice is expensive... but has a lot of canals, not only the Grand Canal! March is not a high season month (always avoid Carnival if you want something affordable...) so you can find some good offer. i use to suggest this link: http://reservations.bookhostels.com/venicehostels/index.php where you can find good prices. try Hotel al sole or Casa rezzonico if you are on a budget, or Hotel Principe if you can afford more. anyway the view is not so important, the main thing is.. to be there!
