    Pele>Maradona as the other guy stated Pele was a much more prominent player and brought more to the game and did it for longer where as Maradona was a great player, he wasn't as good as Pele and wasnt around for as long. Maradona was more of a one-hit-wonder where as Pele was the real deal.

Pele. Maradona had only a few years at his peak, then he became a junkie and wasted his talent. Pele was the best player in the World for over a decade and was an excellent ambassador for the game and great role model. Maradona could only dream of being his equal.

each have there glory through history. i think pele had/showed more class in football, maradona put more creativity into the game, then sold out. but in todays generation i would say zinedine zidane because he has class and creativity. ronaldinho is a overated.
