Sure!! There are many open shops on Sunday near the Center of the city, like Via del Corso or Via Condotti (but this one is very expensive!!)..

No most of them are closed in this season until may. You'll find only bars or pubs open on sunday or you have to rent a car and go in the countryside where some shopping outlets are still open on sunday. I'm sorry but not all italian shopping web sites say right news about it. I'm from Rome
