What is a nice cheap place to stay in the Testaccio region of Rome?

There's the Hotel San Francesco at around 69E per night which is very very cheap for that area. http://www.venere.com/hotels/rome/hotel-san-francesco/ Usually you can tend to spend like 100-200. The area is great and quite well served by transportation...so I guess the only problem is the "limited" availability of hotels, though you can find most here: http://www.venere.com/italy/rome
