What 3-star hotels in Rome do you recommend?

I haven't stayed at any of those three, but I know where they are. Of the three, I'd go with the Kennedy first - it's a bit higher rated. This is in the same price range as the ones you're considering most of the time and is pretty good. It's a two star like the Parker, but is more highly rated by past guests.
