Answer:
Everything in Rome is pretty close to each other. Hotels are very friendly and most of them time their is a person there that speaks english. They can give you a tour schedual that will bring you where ever you want to go. I would look at a map of Rome and choose what you really want to see and then go to the hotel and ask them for a tour that will go to those places. Im sorry if your not staying at a hotel because this wouldnt help at all. But if you are your gonna love wakign up to the breakfasts there. Have fun

when you get to your hotel you will get a map from reception, it is a map especially for tourists and is free. it has all the attractions and landmarks marked on it and you will easily find most things. rome is amazing. you wont go down a street without seeing something beautiful.the map also has the metro stations marked on it and you can just jump on the met to the place you wnat to go its about 1.50 euro. have a look on trip advisor it can tell you more info about the attractions. or type rome attractions in google, thats what we did before we went, but to be honest the map was enough to get us around to see everything. oh and do the guilded tour of the colluseum and the vatican as if you go in on your own you wont know what things are. if you are under 25 take your passport to the museums n stuff as you will get discount if you are an EU national and are under 25. you will have blisters upon blisters when you get home so take comfy shoes. have a lovely time.

When i went to rome it was very cool, but it all depends on where your staying where i stayed we were far away from the vatican and the colliseum but it all depends on where your staying as far as how far away things are but its definately worth the drive thru town to see it...the vatican and the colliseum are not far from eachother and you can take a tour inside the colliseum as well as the vatican theres a lot of things to see that aren't far away from eachother..maybe triple a would have some kinda travel guide for you..have fun!!!
