You can buy from 1 share to 5000 shares at Ameritrade for less than $10.00 a trade. Scottrade is another good company. You will probably have to put $500 minimum to set up an account. Ameritrade is a couple of dollars more, but has better free trading tools. Both companies software in online and free.

Yes, You can go to etrade.com or Scottrade.com my best option would be etrade it is a good company me my self I have more than 5 accounts open with them.
