What can I do this Earth Day to help out?

If you want to help the environment then please tell all the earth day people that just because you turn your lights off then it doesn't mean that the Electric power houses are burning any less coal. People seem to think that if you turn the lights off that magically the power houses will use less coal which is not true. I guess people don't realize that there electric companies don't have a huge battery to store the electricity. You local power company burns coal 24/7 because they don't know exactly how electric will be needed and when it will be needed. . Sorry didn't mean to bust anyone's bubble thought yall should know that.

I'm going to take my dog hunting and kill vermin. He will not have to be feed and eat as nature intended. I will have a beer. I will pee in the woods to save water and be one with nature.

No tree planting? lol Hmm, maybe you should volunteer at a shelter somewhere or a community center and help kids plant flowers or something cool to teach them about the environment. See the Earth day movie called "Earth", it donates money to environment funds. Go around the neighborhood and pick up any debris. Hang outside the house more than inside to conserve energy. Help an animal (if you see one) suffering from hunger by feeding them. Plant flowers in your local park. Buy one of those all natural organic t shirts and wear it around to let others know its Earth day and maybe you'll help a few people help the environment.
