"Tuscany" and "Toscana"?

I'm very confused with these two words! Could someone please tell me how different? Tuscany is an adjective form of Toscana? Or both are noun? Or one is English and the other ...show more

My Take's right, and Lindsey added something new. English - Tùscany Italian - Toscàna but toscàna is still a woman of that region, so toscàno - man of Tuscany toscàna - woman of toscàni - men of toscàne - women of Ciao!
