Which web data visualization library can create a realtime version of this Fractal Map? Is there a better way than a Fractal Map to display explorable information from a GraphDB?

Answer:
I would check out CartoDB (http://cartodb.com), specifically meant for GIS / map data. The UI is extremely user friendly and works very well (and it's completely open source, CartoDB the company just charges if you want them to host your project)
