  It depends on where exactly you want to go in Germany. Germany is actually not one place, even if it is united. There are still huge differences between the north and the south, the east and the west. And big cities like Hamburg are more used to foreign people than unknown small towns in nowhere. So my advice is to choose a big city in the western part of Germany. Of course, there is no place to find where no one is hostile against foreign people. There are always people who are stubborn and against everything they don't know or understand. But at least you can find a place where the most people don't mind foreigners or even want to get connected with them. So if there is really someone who stares or behaves hostile, try to ignore them. Remember, they are just poor stupid assholes who don't know much about this world. And you are not alone. There are foreingn communities and also special black communities in Germany. If you get connected with them you are safe. But even if you have many black friends then and some german people maybe behave hostile, never give up to be friends with german people. If you get to know the right people, you can find friends for life. Good luck !
