i read somewhere that if someone wants to earn germany citizenship he or she must speak well enough german language so he would be able to pass the language exams.

Contact the German embassy in the US, and perhaps get your birth parents to help out in finding out immigration information for you. I have a feeling you won't have certain rights as your birth parents gave up any claim to you when they adopted you away. However, at the same time, you could claim you had no say in the matter. Good luck!
