How can one get to frankfurt-hahn airport from Ramstein air force base in germany?

    the closest trainstation is the landstuhl train station. about 5 minutes from ramstein air force base. but if u r in the service then u can take advantage of shuttle buses going from ramstein airport ( on base ) to frankfurt

If you are driving, take A62 towards Trier and go about 35 km. You will see signs. Take the exit for B41 towards B269 (direction of Birkenfeld) and go about 4 km until you turn left onto B269. Follow B269 (winds through villages) and it will join with/become B327, altogether you will go about 38 km. Take the B50/E42 exit and go about 3 km then exit on K2. Really follow the signs now, you are only a couple of km away. Altogether it is about 87 km. If you are stationed at Ramstein, just go to the ITR office and ask where you can get a map - they should also have info on the trains.

Check the web www.bahn.de I don't know in Ramstein is a train station, but one 100% in Kaiserslautern. Just put from Kaiserslautern or Ramstein, to Frankfurt-Hahn Airport than you see the connections and time....
