Hamburg is Germany´s No. 1 in city tourism. Hamburg is rich that´s why. We have simply 100 museums more than poor Berlin. It would absolutely be worthwhile to travel to Berlin and four days is plenty of time to see both cities. I would split the time between both. With two days in every city, you will be able to see all the major sights. Must see in Berlin: Berliner Tor Berliner Reichstag Berliner TV Tower (restaurant on top ... worth checking out) Berliner Siegessaeule Alexanderplatz Hope this helps.
