either a flight or with the ICE train (bahn) or you can try driving. they are in order from fastest to the slowest.

By plane if you are pressed for time. There are multiple airlines offering cheap plane tickets within Germany. If you have a bit of time to spare, take the train. It won't be too pricey and you will have the opportunity to actually see something of Germany while crossing the country.
