On a motorbike's, is the part that you sit a seat or a saddle?

All saddles are seats but not all seats are saddles. A seat is anywhere you can put your butt, it includes saddles, benches, captain's chairs, etc. You are both right, it is a seat and a saddle. However, you added that extra bit on the end about "a seat is where your legs go to the front" which is incorrect. Which means because of that additional effort to make your gf wrong YOU LOST!
