For Rs.70000 on road, you can get all the bikes. Out of your list, strike out pulsar and cbz extreme as both are outdated models and their revamped models offer nothing new but looks. The apache rtr 160 and 180 come under the category of performance bikes. The rtr 160 ( carb version ) provides around 15ps of power and gives a mileage of 50. and is good for riding in the city and occasional highway trips. But the seating position is not good and may cause strain in the long run Out of the 4 the Unicorn fully satisfies the requirements of a 150cc bike with excellent rider and pillion comfort, best refined engine in its class, monoshock suspension for stability and control and a mileage of 55-60. Even as the bike is a bit updated as compared to the apache rtr and new pulsar 150, it provides good value for its amount. Also consider the yamaha fz 16, which is the best looking bike in its class, has 45-55 mileage and offers excellent ride comfort and is the most stable bike and the ideal bike for riding in the city. You can get it at Rs.69000 on road (with 3000 discount from Rs.72000).

Apache: Cramped riding position and rough engine but looks good. Pulsar: Poor build and reliability issues look and equipments. Unicorn: Dated look but good engine and monoshock. CBZ : Looks not attractive but you could expect good resale value. Why you don't think about Yamaha FZ16? it stands alone in syle and looks. All above mentioned bikes looks same except front fairing and fuel tank.
