I want to learn some kpop dances but i don't want to screw myself up by trying something too hard. both boy and girl dances are fine.

Most of the easy ones are girl dances. Teen Top (boy group) has some pretty easy moves, it's just fast-paced. If you wanna do it right and still have it easy, might wanna stay away from SM's boys (SJ, DBSK, SHINee, EXO).
