  I have my own art website and am only 16, I don't have a vast knowledge of website design, but found some easy ways to do it, it cost me about £10. Check it out here (www.sambrownart.com) I used doteasy as the host, (just type doteasy into google). And used their cheapest plan which is just a one off payment, although you have limited traffic allowance etc. I used microsoft expression to design it. it is a WYSIWYG editor (what you see is what you get) so you don't need any experience with coding etc. you just design it like you would design a poster. You have to pay for this programme but you can download a similar one for free called Nvu. Hope this stuff helps.
