    tough call. lego wouldnt be the problem because its the medium. the problem would be the trademarked characters. it really depends on how tolerant the company is, and if they would even know about what you are doing. local swap meet, most likely you wont get into any trouble unless someone rats on you lol

Hmm, thats a bit of a gray area. You couldnt sell them in a way that suggested they were made officially by LEGO. Brand them as your own and in the details you can explain that you made them from lego. As long as you arent selling them in a store etc you will be fine. Only sell at boot sales or ebay But honestly, its a useless idea to make cash. Lego is expensive, and not many people are going to want to buy lego art.
