Any time is a good and right time to be in Goa. Go and enjoy yourself. But be very very cautious and alert when ever you are near to any beach or sea side areas. June means monsoon time- almost. And during monsoons, seas are too rough to be near them. Danger is the word. Take care.

Yes, why not. Just go and have fun. But, would like to advice you that you should book your trip from some good portal to have a hassle free trip. I always book my trips from Yatra.com and every time they made my trip quite enjoyable. That's why I am suggesting you to take help from a travel portal.

anytime is favourable and also it depends upon individual taste example some want to be there during rainy season some in summer and some in winter

Please avoid going to Goa between July and September when the Monsoon Season is on in India, especially if you want to travel by train as the Konkan Railway Route shuts down due to unavoidable landslides and cloudbursts. The best time would be around February to March or may be between October to November when the weather is usually pleasant throughout Goa and Rest of India.

Right time to visit GOA is winter First week of January around. The weather of GOA is hot and humid even in January you will need to wear pure cotton cloths, sun glasses are must. So,plan in January- February
