Which camera? But it doesn't matter. ALL digital camera allow you to upload photos to your computer. If it doesn't come with a connecting USB cable, buy a cheap card reader and pop the SD card into that.

All digital cameras allow you to transfer photos to your computer - no exceptions.

You will either be able to connect the camera directly to a computer and/or put the memory card into a card reader. The only cameras which can't connect to a computer are film cameras.

Every digital camera will somehow link to a computer.

No need to know. They all do. The secret is not to involve the camera in the process. Buy a cheap USB card reader and use that to connect your camera's memory card directly to the computer's USB slot then use Windows Explorer or (Mac) Finder to do the actual copying for absolute total control over what goes where exactly. From the computer's hard disk, you can upload the pictures to whatever social networking site you have in mind. Bear in mind that all internet sites compress pictures and videos you upload making them lower in quality. They do this to make downloading faster through the internet. There is nothing you can do to prevent it. To maximize the quality of pictures that show up in your account, capture great pictures. Correctly exposed pictures will still look relatively good even when compressed somewhat.

Never hook your camera to a computer, it can damage the camera OS. You remove the SD card and connect the card to a card reader and then to the computer.

all digital cameras allow you to transfer the photos to a computer. BTW the word is not "upload". Uploading is when you send a file to a website, posting an image on facebook involves uploadingit. Transfering files to your computer does not involve uploading anything.
