Ok, this is relatively simple, go to a craft store or walmart and buy a basic mask and a can of white enamel paint and then spray it white, let it dry and then have your kids paint it.

Try Hobby Lobby or Michaels. You could even try a local costume shop now that Halloween is in session.

You could try a local craft store, such as JoAnn Fabrics, or Micheals. If you can find one, you could always make one! Paper mache (sp?) is a great way to go! All you need is some vaseline, paper mache glue and newspaper strips. Have fun!
