How do you make a lazy eye less noticeable in pictures?

What are website to brighten eye-color and make the rest one color & fix up pictures for free and its easy?

    probably doesnt exist, just download a trial version of photoshop that works for a month, or so and then you should be fine, for a month or so.

paint.net is a free program but really, photoshop will give you multiple options of changing a photo.

the gimp is a free photo editing software that is very similar to photoshop. You can take the saturation out of the picture, and then go back and add blue saturation back into the photo, making your eyes stand out. Or highlight your eyes and keep them color, turning the rest of the shot black and white.
